Welcome to DreshVPS. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our virtual private server (VPS) hosting services and website at dreshvps.com. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Plain English Summary: We provide VPS hosting. You pay for it, use it responsibly, and don't do anything illegal. We do our best to keep your servers running. If something goes wrong, we'll make it right within reason.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using DreshVPS services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using DreshVPS, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
If you are using our services on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. Services
DreshVPS provides virtual private server (VPS) hosting services, including but not limited to:
- Linux-based virtual private servers
- Server management control panel access
- IP address allocation
- Bandwidth and data transfer
- Optional add-on services (backups, additional IPs, etc.)
Service specifications, including CPU, RAM, storage, and bandwidth allocations, are as described on our website at the time of purchase.
3. Account Registration
3.1 Account Information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Ensuring your contact email is valid and monitored
3.3 One Account Per Person
Each individual or business entity may maintain one account unless explicitly authorized by DreshVPS. We reserve the right to terminate duplicate accounts.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Pricing
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change with 30 days notice. Price changes will not affect existing prepaid service periods.
4.2 Billing Cycle
Services are billed in advance on a monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual basis depending on your selected plan. Invoices are generated and due upon receipt.
4.3 Payment Methods
We accept payment via:
- Credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
- PayPal
4.4 Late Payment

4.5 Taxes
Prices do not include applicable taxes. You are responsible for any sales tax, VAT, or other taxes applicable in your jurisdiction.
5. Refund Policy
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: New customers may request a full refund within 7 days of their initial service purchase, no questions asked.
5.1 Eligibility
The 7-day money-back guarantee applies to:
- First-time purchases only
- Standard VPS plans
- Requests made within 7 days of initial payment
5.2 Exclusions
Refunds are NOT available for:
- Renewals or subsequent billing cycles
- Add-on services (additional IPs, backups, etc.)
- Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
- Domain registration fees
- Setup fees (if applicable)
5.3 Pro-Rated Refunds
After the 7-day period, we do not offer pro-rated refunds for unused service time. You may cancel at any time, but your service will remain active until the end of your paid period.
5.4 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact [email protected] with your account email and reason for the refund. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
6. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Uptime Guarantee: DreshVPS guarantees 99.9% network and server uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance.
6.1 Uptime Calculation
Uptime is calculated monthly as: ((Total Minutes - Downtime Minutes) / Total Minutes) × 100

6.3 Credit Request
Submit a request to [email protected] within 7 days of the incident. Include the date, time, and duration of downtime.
6.4 SLA Exclusions
The SLA does not apply to downtime caused by scheduled maintenance, emergency security patches, DDoS attacks, actions by you or your end users, force majeure events, suspension due to Terms violations, or third-party outages beyond our control.
7. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for all content stored on and activities conducted through your VPS.
7.1 Your Responsibilities
- Comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws
- Maintain appropriate security measures on your VPS
- Keep your operating system and software updated
- Respond promptly to abuse complaints
- Monitor your resource usage
8. Prohibited Activities
Zero Tolerance: The following activities will result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.
8.1 Illegal Content & Activities
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — reported to authorities
- Terrorism-related content
- Drug trafficking or illegal pharmaceutical sales
- Fraud, phishing, or identity theft
- Copyright infringement or piracy
- Any content illegal under US law
8.2 Malicious Activities
- Distributing malware, viruses, or ransomware
- Operating botnets or command-and-control servers
- Launching DDoS attacks or participating in attacks
- Port scanning or network probing without authorization
- Brute force attacks against any system
8.3 Spam & Abuse
- Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam)
- Operating open mail relays or proxies
- Email harvesting or scraping
- SMS spam or robocalling
8.4 Network Abuse
- IP spoofing
- Tor exit nodes (contact us for exceptions)
- Cryptocurrency mining (high resource impact)
- Traffic that negatively impacts network performance
9. Resource Usage
9.1 Fair Use
Your VPS resources are allocated as described in your plan. Sustained usage that impacts other customers may result in throttling or suspension.
9.2 Bandwidth
Bandwidth overages may result in reduced speeds, additional charges at $0.01/GB over allocation, or a recommendation to upgrade.
9.3 Storage
Storage is for active data related to your hosted services. Using VPS storage primarily for file archival or backup storage may violate fair use.
10. Data & Backups
Important: DreshVPS is not responsible for data loss. You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your data.
10.1 Your Responsibility
- Maintaining regular backups of all data
- Testing backup restoration procedures
- Storing backups in a separate location
10.2 Data Retention
Upon voluntary cancellation, data is deleted within 24 hours. Non-payment: data retained for 7 days after suspension, then deleted. Terms violation: data may be immediately deleted or preserved for legal purposes.
11. Suspension & Termination
11.1 Suspension by DreshVPS
We may suspend your service immediately for violation of these Terms, non-payment, abuse complaints, security threats, or legal requirements.
11.2 Termination by You
You may cancel at any time through your control panel or by contacting support. No refunds are provided for unused time after the 7-day money-back period.
11.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, access is immediately revoked, all data is permanently deleted, IP addresses are released, and any outstanding balance becomes due.
12. IP Addresses
IP addresses are allocated by DreshVPS and remain our property. You are granted a license to use assigned IPs only while your service is active. You are responsible for maintaining the reputation of your assigned IPs.
13. Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to content you upload to your VPS. DreshVPS, our logo, website design, and service interfaces are our intellectual property. DMCA complaints should be sent to [email protected].
14. Limitation of Liability
Maximum Liability: Our total liability to you for any claims is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
DreshVPS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages including loss of profits, data, or business interruption.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DreshVPS from any claims, damages, and expenses arising from your use of our services, content you store or transmit, or your violation of these Terms.
16. Disclaimers & Warranties
OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION.
17. Modifications to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced via email and website notice. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, United States. Disputes shall first be resolved informally, then through mediation, and finally in state or federal courts in Maryland. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits.
